Room must be returned to its original condition after each use. Renters must provide their own supplies including sheets, lotions, towels, etc.
Studio Space
Rental includes:

All studio rentals allow a 15 minute window to set up and clean up. Additional time can be reserved in advance at $10/hour.
One-day rental (up to 8 consecutive hours)
MONTHLY: $160 | due on 1st of month
PER USE: $50 | day due before rental time
Half-day rental (up to 4 consecutive hours)
MONTHLY: $100 | due on 1st of month
PER USE: $30 per half-day | due before rental time
Classes & Workshops
HOURLY: $30 | hour due before rental time
MONTHLY: $25 | hour payable on 1st of month
Rehearsals & Private Use
HOURLY: $10 | hour due before rental time
MONTHLY: $8 | hour for over 10 hours a month, scheduled and paid in advance by the 1st of the month.
